We want you to love your Rewritten London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized collection point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
